Mixed Level

WHO CAN ENROLL FOR Mixed Level?

Students with minimum prior 3 months of YOGA training or those who have completed at least 30 hours of BASIC Yoga can enroll for Mixed Level Yoga.

  • Art of relaxation
  • Anti Rheumatism asanas
  • Back Bending.
  • Surya Namaskar
  • Vajrasana Group of Asanas
  • Asanas for extremities and balancing postures
  • Basic Yoga Philosophy and its application to daily life.
