In the fast moving world of today, we are always in a hurry. From young to the elderly, everyone is under the burden of stress. Materialism being the center of thought, action and objective, we have forgotten how to relax, breathe, eat, think and all those basics that make the life beautiful and blissful.

We have created an imbalance within us, as a result have lost focus and hence the purpose of life itself. Our anxiety levels have gone up, resulting in poor quality of health, lack of happiness, and an absence of personal growth.

At Life Management Yoga Center, we emphasize on “Yoga Beyond Posture” giving a deeper insight of body mind and soul, generating an inner strength so that the life can be lived “beyond body and mind pain”. A time tested system.

Classical Yoga

Classical Yoga is a traditional yoga systematised by Maharishi Patanjali which not only includes Yogasana, breathing and meditation but also the Yama, Niyama, the moral ethical values, which become the base of yogic life. Thus it is integral development of the self.

To achieve it many practical and scientific techniques are developed and practiced which include Reflection, Nishpanda Bhava, Tratak, Yoga Nidra etc along with the understanding of how one must live, eat, breathe, behave or relax etc.

The classical Yoga practitioner aims to acquire healthy body, a superior mind, harmonious relationships and a higher spiritual consciousness.
