Pauline Chan has been practicing yoga since 2010 and she realized Yoga was not merely bringing flexibility to body but also bringing calmness to mind.
In 2016 to 2017 she finished Level 1 and Level 2 yoga teacher training courses by Life Management Yoga Center in Hong Kong.
To broaden her knowledge of traditional yoga, she stayed in The Yoga Institute located in Mumbai to complete a 900-hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course.’

Chloe believes everyone is suitable for yoga practice. She mainly guide students to let asana and breath connect, creates physical and mental space for everyone to slow down.
She completed her level 1, level 2 and RYT 200 teacher training with Sangeeta Ahuja in Hong Kong, 7 days health camp-“Insight into yoga” at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India.
