Interestingly, an ancient alternative non-invasive medicine therapy is the yogic way of lifestyle and disease management which promotes the 4 pillars of health: Aahar, Achar, Vichar and Vihar.

Vihar is experiential, occupational and expressive therapy which balances our Energy in Motion (emotions). A part we should pay our attention to as it is established that most of disease on body come from the mind.

Taking the cue from this LMYC takes the initiative to launch “Vihar Yoga” where we emphasise on the somato- psychic effects reversing the path of disease through sharing our art and creative group activities for enhancing new motor skills for positive responses, participation and fun games to feel connected taking care of our feelings of emptiness.  Channelising and releasing our hurts and disturbed energies, a great stress buster.

Literally Vihar means movement. Not just the external but internal Vihar too also has to be practiced together through psychosomatic techniques, to be with ourselves countering the loneliness and igniting our inner strength.

Then come the LMYC’s signature, the PREVENTIVE TECHNIQUES and CURATIVE MUDRAS which have the power to regain our strengths by redirecting the energies to specific areas of our weaknesses.
